Wendel embarked on her first, somewhat challenging, property development project in 2014.

Oliver is a project manager working on development projects in London and the South East, and he directs the alliance's project management activities.
His expertise includes assembling and managing pre-construction design teams, procurement and management of principal contractors and specialist trades.
